Melbourne

One month ago, Brian and I snuck away to Melbourne for a quick weekend trip. We brought Mei and left the other 3 kids with my brother and sister-in-law. Although it was chilly it was fun to explore the city and walk around. Mei was a great traveler. After traveling 30 hours back to the states w/4 kids...traveling 3.5 hrs with 1 kid is a piece of cake! I'm grateful to Jerry and Marsa- they did a great job holding down the fort while we were gone!

In front of Flinders Street Station:
Waiting for our brekky.
Federation Square- Indigenous Art Exhibit
Federation Wharf
Yarra River (the river that winds through Melbourne)
St. Patrick's Cathedral- beautiful!
Inside the cathedral:
This sign was on a park bench we walked through...it was our signal to take a rest.
Mei did a good job "resting."
Mei loved riding on the free city tram through the city.
Riding on daddy's shoulders.
Mei in the pack-n-play in our hotel room. She kept popping back up to make sure we were still around...
Happy baby on the plane ride home!
