Mei is 3!

Mei turned 3 at the beginning of July...so she's been 3 for awhile now. Here she is eating her birthday cupcakes:
Wearing her birthday present from grandma and grandpa. She loves this dress-up costume!
At the airport waiting for our flight to Houston Mei said "mom, take a picture of my fat cheeks!"
My random thoughts about Mei...We are so happy to have Mei in our home. She's such a joy. She's had a complete personality switch this past year. From 0-2 she was very clingy and weary of strangers. Over the past year (I think starting preschool helped this) she's switched to being a bubbly, talkative, outgoing little girl. She constantly asks for playdates! She loves going to nursery and preschool. Her new preschool teachers this year have already commented numerous times how independent, settled, and happy she is at school. Mei also loves going to her weekly gymnastics class. It's been fun to see her confidence and independence grow. Other loves: anything horses, her tigers, and ramen noodles. She really is a little girl now and not a baby/toddler. She just makes my heart happy.
