And this is our neighbor's dog, Dixie. The girls love her. The neighbor lets Dixie come into our backyard for a play every few days. It's a perfect arrangement- the kids get to think they have a dog even though we really don't have a dog!

Other February News
Some friends invited us to go to Serpentine Falls (about 45 minutes drive from home)for a swim and picnic. There was a small waterfall and rock formations surrounding the whole lake...it kind of reminded us a bit like Lake Powell but obviously a very small, small scale version of it. Anyways, the kids had fun jumping off the rocks into the water. Brian was able to climb up about 12 ft for a jump into the lake. Mina enjoyed just floating around in a life jacket. It was a great time!

I REALLY wish our dog belonged to the neighbors. That swimming looked like lots of fun.
Your outing looks like a lot of fun! I can see how it reminded you of Powell! And SO CLEVER to have a neighbor dog!
