January Recap

A bunch of random photos of January...and not necessarily in order:

Staying entertained whilst her sisters are doing holiday swim lessons.

Rockingham Foreshore- just playing around while Brian does a quick dive with one of his scuba buddies.

1st official day of preschool! She was excited and terrified at the same time. And it's taken about a month but she's finally getting used to being away and is really starting to enjoy herself. (For awhile there it was pretty rough...for her and me.)

Sunday evening races against daddy- at the nearby park.

We once again hosted a swim party for Kaiya's classmates. They are a great group of kids!

We had a string of stormy weather (kind of like Houston and its afternoon thunderstorms in the summer)- it makes for some amazing sunsets!

Australia Day- Jan 26th- spent the morning at the beach playing in the sand and letting the girls get in some surfing.

My 1st official pavlova- a traditional Aussie dessert- it's so yum! The kids devoured it.

We hosted an Aussie Day BBQ- Mina was accidentally kicked in the face/goggles whilst in the pool. It took awhile for it to heal...!

My 100 yr old celebrating 100 days of school- she was such a cute old lady!

Celebrating Louie's 3rd birthday. We've had Louie longer than any other rabbit- so we really needed to celebrate! The cake was also used to celebrate our 5 yr Perth-iversary. Can't believe we now lived here over 5 years- time flies!
