Kaiya Turns 7

Today is Kaiya's birthday. It has been an amazing 7 years- we love this girl so much! To celebrate, here's 7 things about Kaiya you may or may not know (& enjoy some past pics of Kaiya randomly placed throughout this post):

1) Poor thing, she's still waiting to lose her 1st tooth...still waiting for a loose tooth period!

2) I know all babies are cute but Kaiya was "baby GAP" beautiful. Seriously, if I had a dollar for every stranger that asked me if Kaiya was a baby model I'd be rich.

3) Kaiya was born 6 days early & stayed in the hospital 4 extra days for jaundice.

 

4) Kaiya can do handsprings...cartwheel on the beam...and yet, can't ride a 2-wheel bike.

5) Her favorite food is curry.

6) She probably knows more about animals than any of you. She couldn't believe one of her babysitters didn't know what a bongo was. Do you?

7) She insists on a hug & kiss before leaving for school every morning.

We're so lucky to have Kaiya in our home. She's a wonderful daughter and a great big sister to Emiko and Mina!
